管道焊接有两种方式：

There are two ways of pipe welding:

点焊法，通常焊接细小的管子。从下往上压一点点，把熔池压紧，不然会有沙眼。手要稳，看清楚焊道，每一点保持一致，速度保持一致，不要漏焊，这样焊道才会好看。

Spot welding, usually welding small tubes. Press a little from bottom to top to compress the molten pool, otherwise there will be trachoma. Keep your hands steady, see the weld bead clearly, keep the same point and speed, and don't miss welding, so that the weld bead will look good.

2、连弧法，通常大型管道是焊接的。首先点焊要做到打底。记得底部不要太厚，这样方便盖面。连续焊接时，调节电流主要看原材料的厚度。一般将电流应调整到比点焊小40至50左右。

电流很重要，焊接前一定要反复调整适合的电流，只有这样才能焊接出满意的效果。

The current is very important. The appropriate current must be adjusted repeatedly before welding. Only in this way can we achieve satisfactory welding results.

平仰立:这是焊工最基本最简单的操作。

Horizontal, upward and vertical: This is the most basic and simple for welders.

平：把药皮焊条90度放在焊把中间的口上，焊接均匀，这样焊出来的平缝100％好看。

Flat: put the coated electrode at 90 degrees on the middle opening of the welding handle and weld evenly, so that the welded flat seam is 100% good-looking.

仰：慢慢焊，点焊一点，压一点，注意熔池。注意避免烫伤，烫伤是不可避免的，除非你有金钟罩。

Tilt: weld slowly, spot weld a little, press a little, and pay attention to the molten pool. Be careful to avoid scalding. Scalding is inevitable unless you have a golden bell jar.

立；可以像管子一样点焊，这一个是三个中最难的。个人建议大家站着焊的时候用点焊，压一个焊条不要急着快，焊下一个的时候记得把接头部分的药皮打掉。
